Empower take an Autumn trip to Latvia as EBT roll-out continues at AirBaltic

Empower completed another EBT Train-the-Trainer course as EBT roll-out continues at AirBaltic. This is a continuation of the partnership where Empower will personally train the entire AirBaltic training team at their headquarters.

By halfway through day 2, the team were showing excellent instructor grading standardisation using Empower's unique CBTA grading system which is a simple and powerful system, fully compliant with EASA EBT ORO.FC.231.

During the trip, the Empower team had the chance to fly the Airbus A220 simulator and review how the EBT programme design was being put into practice at the airline.
