AirBaltic training management team complete EBT Manager Masterclass

Madrid, March 2025

AirBaltic's senior training team, including Head of Training, EBT Manager and senior TREs have visited Empower's training centre in the heart of Madrid for a 3-day EBT Manager Masterclass.

The course included all the tricks of the trade in creating an engaging and compliant EBT programme, including simulator session design, Instructor Concordance Assurance Programme (ICAP) and Equivalency of Malfunctions & Approach.

The course enables AirBaltic to take essential knowledge in-house and build on their Mixed-EBT approval towards the ultimate goal; a Baseline EBT approval.
