We are immensely proud to share that our inaugral EBT Manager Masterclass drew an exceptional gathering of multiple airline training managers alongside esteemed representation from EASA.
As the aviation industry accelerates its adoption of Evidence-Based Training, building mutual understanding between those who draft the regulations and those who execute them in the simulator has never been more critical. Bringing these key stakeholders together in one room created a powerful environment for collaborative dialogue, alignment, and shared safety goals.
Fostering Cross-Industry Alignment and Collaboration
During the masterclass, participants deep-dived into Empower.aero's unique architecture with co-founder Captain Ignacio Gallego, who became the world's first Baseline EBT Manager in May 2021. They explored how structured management frameworks can satisfy rigorous oversight while maximizing training efficiency:
