The Empower.aero founders powering EATS 2023

EATS 2023, the industry-leading aviation training conference took place in Cascais, Portugal from 8th - 9th November 2023. The highlights for Empower.aero were:

• Co-founder Captain Ignacio Gallego moderating the Heads of Training round-table Instructor Standardisation table

• Co-founder Captain Andy Mitchell, acting in his role as Chair of the Aircrew Training Policy Group (ATPG) giving a keynote presentation on a Jouney through the pilot competencies which included introducing to the industry the valuable concept of a competency set for Heads of Training.

• EASA mentioning in their main presentation the Empower.aero strapline of "...you can do CBTA without EBT, but you can't do EBT without CBTA"
