Resilient Pilot, the providers virtual evidenced based blended mentoring, coaching and competency development programmes has completed their first online CBTA course with Empower. The course enables the Resilient Pilot trainers to deliver online scenario-based training and assess pilot competencies in order to develop both competence and confidence.
