Empower.aero hosted the CRM training team of Japanese operator Nippon Cargo Airlines on a 3-day Next-generation CRM course to align them fully with the regulation and best practices of EBT and CBTA.
The interactive & practical course was focused around the evolution of CRM into the CBTA non-technical competencies, how they can be observed & objectively graded, and how airlines implementing EBT & CBTA can integrate all CRM aspects effectively into their simulator sessions.
As EBT & CBTA programmes continue to be rolled-out, airlines will need to follow Nippon Cargo Airline's lead to ensure that their CRM departments are fully engaged in the journey, as they form a vital nexus between the airline stakeholders.
