Empower collaboration continues to drive Turkish Airlines EBT roll-out

The exclusive collaboration between Empower and Turkish Airlines is moving into its final stages on the journey toward full Baseline EBT compliance. After achieving a record-time Mixed-EBT approval and successfully training more than 400 instructors for EBT simulator sessions, the most recent focus has been on the vital Instructor Concordance Assurance Programme (ICAP) and annual instructor standardisation meetings. With these foundations in place, attention is now turning to completing other key elements, including equivalency of Malfunctions and Equivalency of Approaches.
