Empower founders' key roles at EATS 2022

Captain Ignacio Gallego and Captain Andy Mitchell, Empower Co-founders took on core roles at the largest pilot training symposium in Europe:

• Ignacio was the main host of the EBT/CBTA Instructor standardisation table at the Head of Training round-table event. During three 20-minute sessions he facilitated a conversation on instructor standardisation and shared his unique experiences in driving a best-practice, compliant standardisation systems in competency-based pilot training

• Andy, in his role as Chair of the Aircrew Training Policy Group (ATPG) moderated a session in the main conference on Head of Training challenges and facilitated potential solutions with 4 key AOC Heads of Training

• Andy was interviewed by Jacques Drapier, host of EATS on his top insights from the conference
