Emerald Airlines completes Empower's CBTA Train-the-Trainer course

The Irish carrier Emerald Airlines selected Empower for supporting its upcoming implementation of Competency-based Training & Assessment (CBTA) across the airline.

Empower provided it's industry-leading CBTA Train-the-Trainer course at Emerald's training centre at Dublin Airport to power their paradigm shift to CBTA, initially focused on the pilot community, and with an aim to later implement with cabin crew.
