An EBT Manager Masterclass in Türkiye

Turkish Airlines senior training management team came together with Empower's expert instructors for a 4-day EBT Manager Masterclass and Module Design course in preparation for their upcoming Mixed EBT approval applicaiton.

The course consisted of a full study of all aspects of Mixed and Baseline EBT regulation and a highly interactive Module design session, culminating in a clear roadmap for implementation of EBT simualtor sessions across the multiple airline fleets at Turkish Airlines.

Empower's approach to module design ensures full compliance with both legacy checking requirements and EBT programme design, while providing highly engaging simulator sessions for the instructors & pilots.

This marks one of the first steps in an innovative & agile roll-out of EBT across the airline.
