Empower head East for Pegasus Airlines' first CBTA Train-the-Trainer course

Empower have completed the first Pegasus Airlines CBTA Train-the-Trainer course at their headquarters at Istanbul's Sabiha Gökçen airport. After the 3-day interactive course, Empower also completed a CBTA Trainer Simulator AoC with Pegasus Airlines' Head of Training.

This important milestone indicates the desire for airlines to enhance safety via implementation of Competency-based Training and Assessement outside of EASA territories. Empower's CBTA unique methodology allows airlines to move to CBTA in a way that is fully compliant and complementary with a future move to a full EBT system when permitted by their National Competent Authority.
