Co-Founder & DirectorIgnacio made aviation history as the world’s first EASA Baseline EBT Manager in May 2021. A Senior Airbus A320 TRE/TRI and highly sought-after global keynote speaker, Ignacio was a founding member of the IATA CBTA/EBT Core Group (2018–2022). His pivotal & foundational advisory work for EASA RMT.0599 earned him direct credit on the EASA Baseline EBT checklist, cementing his status as a pioneer in modern flight training methodologies.

Co-Founder & DirectorAndy is a globally recognised expert in competency-based training. The Past-Chair of the Aircrew Training Policy Group (ATPG), an active Airbus A320 TRE/TRI with ATO Head of Training experience, Andy’s regulatory influence spans the industry.
